Our crews are based in Lyttelton Manor, Centurion, which puts most of the southern Pretoria and Midrand corridor within a short drive. We travel further for larger sites and for multiple properties booked on the same day.

Solar panel cleaning starts at R50,00 (fifty rand) per panel on a single storey roof. Gutter cleaning starts at R850,00 (eight hundred and fifty rand) for a single storey, two bedroom home. Painting, tiling and commercial work is quoted per site. Every quote is free and we confirm the price in writing before we start.
For most Gauteng homes, twice a year works well: once before the summer rains and once after the dry, dusty winter. Properties near main roads, construction, farmland or large trees usually need more frequent attention. We will tell you honestly what your roof needs rather than selling you a schedule you do not.
We use soft brushes, pure water and telescopic poles, and we work off the roof structure rather than on the panels themselves wherever the pitch allows. No detergents, no abrasive pads and no high pressure directly on panel seals. If the access on a particular roof is not safe, we will say so rather than take the chance.
Saturday mornings, yes, subject to the schedule. Commercial work is often better done over a weekend or outside trading hours, and we are happy to arrange that.
Centurion, Midrand and the Pretoria east and south corridors are our core area. We travel further for larger jobs, for estates, and where several properties are booked on the same day. Travel outside the core area is quoted per kilometre and shown separately on the quote.
